Grouwels Vastgoed has sold the Hart van Beuningen and Hart van Geldrop shopping centres to Cornerstone Real Estate Group. Both fully let neighbourhood shopping centres are situated in attractive regional catchment areas with a strong mix of tenants. With this sale, Grouwels Vastgoed is further sharpening its focus on investing in residential property.
Hart van Beuningen is situated on Julianaplein and Kerkplein in Beuningen and comprises approximately 3,000 m² of lettable area across 14 retail units, including Etos, Bakker Bart, Wibra and KiK. Hart van Geldrop is situated on Langstraat in Geldrop and comprises approximately 1,600 m² of net lettable area across 8 retail units, including HEMA, Brilmij and Schijvens Mode.

For Grouwels Vastgoed, this sale forms part of its strategy to invest family capital sustainably and across generations in high-quality residential properties. Selective divestment from commercial property creates scope to further expand the residential portfolio.
