Bouwinvest Residential Fund sells a selection of properties to Grouwels Vastgoed
Property portfolio across six Dutch cities
The properties are located in Amstelveen, Amsterdam, Groningen, The Hague, Zwolle and Maastricht. They consist mainly of private-sector rental properties in easily accessible residential areas close to amenities. With this acquisition, Grouwels Vastgoed strengthens its position as a long-term investor in the Dutch housing market.
Long-term investment in Dutch housing
For Grouwels Vastgoed, the purchase fits within its strategy of investing family capital sustainably and across generations in high-quality housing in the Netherlands.

Portfolio optimisation
For Bouwinvest, the sale fits within the active strategy of the Dutch Institutional Residential Fund. By selectively divesting, the fund can further optimise the portfolio and reallocate capital towards new investments, partly with a view to future sustainability objectives.
