Property management
We deliberately manage our properties ourselves. Thanks to short lines of communication, direct contact and a personalised approach, we remain closely connected to both our tenants and our buildings. From technical maintenance to financial management: we ensure quality, continuity and a pleasant living and working environment.
Renovation & Sustainability
Grouwels Vastgoed does not develop new-build projects, but actively invests in acquiring and improving existing buildings. Through renovation, modernisation and sustainability improvements, we bring our properties up to the standard that tenants expect today and will need tomorrow. This includes energy upgrades, improvements to energy performance ratings and the optimisation of entire residential complexes.
Long-term investments
Acquisition is a key pillar of Grouwels Vastgoed. Using our own family capital, we invest in residential complexes and commercial property in strategic locations. We select properties that align with our long-term vision and are able to act swiftly when opportunities arise. In this way, we are building, step by step, a portfolio that will last for generations.
