De Bongerd

Living in De Bongerd

De Bongerd consists of two mirror-image residential blocks in the Corlaer district and comprises 26 three-bedroom flats, built in 1993 and divided into separate flats. The flats have an average living area of approximately 96 m² and offer two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a semi-open kitchen, an outdoor area and a private storage room; the complex comprises a ground floor and three storeys and has its own parking facilities.

A green neighbourhood with amenities just around the corner

De Bongerd is situated in a spacious, green residential area with wide avenues, water features and play areas; everyday amenities such as supermarkets, primary schools, a GP surgery and sports facilities are just a few minutes’ cycle ride away.

Nijkerk station is about a five-minute cycle from the complex, and its location near the Hoevelaken junction ensures good connections to Amersfoort, Utrecht and Apeldoorn, allowing De Bongerd to combine tranquillity with practical accessibility.

Energy and maintenance

The complex has an energy rating of A and has undergone technical upgrades in recent years: the central heating boilers were replaced in 2011, the mechanical ventilation system was upgraded in 2018, the roof was replaced in 2020, and 40 solar panels were installed in 2022. These measures contribute to lower energy bills and a future-proof technical condition, making De Bongerd attractive to residents who value comfort and sustainability.
