Van Eijdenhof is situated in Leusden, a charming town near Amersfoort. Leusden is known for its green surroundings and spacious layout, partly due to its location between the Utrechtse Heuvelrug and the Gelderse Vallei. The complex is situated in the Claverenblad–Wildenburg neighbourhood, a quiet residential area to the west of the town centre.

The bus stop in the neighbourhood provides connections to both the centre of Leusden and Amersfoort Central Station.
