No, Grouwels Vastgoed decides each year which homes can be sold. If you would like to know whether your home is for sale, please call us or send an e-mail via verkoop@grouwels.nl.
Our offer for sale is without obligation. Naturally, if you do not want to buy after all, or are not able to buy, you can continue to rent the property.
The offer itself involves no costs. If you decide to buy, there will be costs involved, such as the civil-law notary’s fees, appraisal costs, etc.
