As a tenant, you can indicate your preference for how you’d like to receive your messages from Grouwels Vastgoed. You have the choice of: digitally or on paper. We send our messages via Postex.

 

Digital or on paper: indicate your preference

You decide whether you receive your messages digitally or on paper. Here’s how it works: with all our paper mail, you will find an A4 sheet containing a code. Enter that personal code below to submit or change your preference.

After you enter the code, select how you want to receive your mail:

  • Change your delivery preference (paper to digital or vice versa). You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Once you accept it, we will process your choice.
  • Enter or change your e-mail address.
  • View, save, and/or pay your mail digitally via iDEAL.

What is Postex?

We send our mail via Postex. For more information about this service, visit www.postex.com.

Important to know: Postex will never ask you for passwords or login credentials. Never share these details with others. If you have doubts about the authenticity of a message or any questions, please feel free to contact us — we are happy to help.

Is this email from Grouwels Vastgoed safe?

Our digital mail is sent exclusively from an email address ending in @grouwels.nl.

Always check who the sender is. If you see this address, you can trust the message. If the email address is different, we advise you not to trust it

I don’t have an email address. What now?

You don’t need to take any action — you will continue to receive our information by post. With every letter you receive an A4 sheet containing a unique code. You can discard this sheet with your paper recycling. For extra safety, we recommend tearing or cutting out the code first so your data doesn’t fall into the wrong hands.

I can’t download an attachment. What now?

  • Try opening the mail again in a different browser, such as Google Chrome.
  • If it still doesn’t work, contact us at info@grouwels.nl. Together with Postex, we’ll be happy to find a solution.
