Piet Grouwels has been a project developer and real-estate investor since 1964. As a developer mainly in Limburg, as an investor throughout the Netherlands. Almost half a century later a second generation of Grouwels has joined the Board. Traditionally a Maastricht-based business, we moved into our new premises on the Maasboulevard in mid-2000.
